Request cancellation from “Manage booking” after verification with a code sent to your registered email address. Booking details are not displayed before verification.
If a booking is eligible for a same-day void through the distribution system, using Riyadh time, a void request is sent to the airline. A refund starts only after the void is confirmed and may remain pending. An unknown result is reviewed before any refund. If the void is refused or the booking is ineligible, you can submit a cancellation request to operations and track it through Submitted → Processing with the airline → Approved → Transferred, or Rejected with a reason.
These time frames are estimates, not guarantees: review within one business day, airline processing in three to seven business days, and transfer timing depending on your bank. An immediate refund is not promised.
